Bank Mandiri (Europe) Limited

Starting as Bank Ekspor Impor (Bank Exim) Indonesia Representative Office in London in 1983, Bank Mandiri (Europe) Limited (BMEL) got its branch license in 1992. The license was then changed to a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri after four SOE banks amalgamated into Bank Mandiri (including Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia) in 1999.

On 22nd June 1999, BMEL was officially established in London as a private limited company. To this day, BMEL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank Mandiri, Indonesia. With its wholesale banking license, BMEL offers deposit and current accounts (for corporate customers only), credit facilities, trade financing, and treasury services.

Located at 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW, BMEL is authorized by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority.
